o rest ye merry gentlemen, but best ye not betray
the christmas witch who bore you and sent you all this way
thirteen lads of little charm,
their mother they obey
o, tidings from these thirteen deployed,
these wayward boys
o, tidings of their dark, monstrous ploys
grýla with her knife in hand
reclines inside a cave
on children's flesh she sates herself
but soon enough she'll crave
the might and strength of satan's pow'r
that ice-cold tidal wave
o, tidings from those in her employ, those thirteen boys
grim tidings of those whom they destroy
It's hard to pick a favourite track. This is the only album i have so far deemed as "perfect", where every track, even the intro, is just a masterpiece in its own right. From the hard hitting Perturbator's Theme to the emotional title track, its 68 minutes of perfection. 10/10. connivingkhajiit
